Lefty Sonic is the main antagonist in Sonic's Pizzeria Simulator. She is the clone of Sonic the Hedgehog, instead appearing female. She was created after Sonic's night 4 shift. Entering a Clone Machine, an error occurred which created her.

Lefty Sonic is a dark grey-furred female Sonic the Hedgehog. Her chest and muzzle fur has a lighter shade wearing reddish-pink blushes and lipstick. She's got red pupils and wears thick eyelashes. On the top of her head is a black tophat with a red brim on it.
On her neck is a purple bowtie and she wears shoulder-high and thigh-high gloves and socks respectively. Her featureless pink rollerblade shoes has three wheels under it. She's often seen holding her grey microphone.

In Chaos Mode, the player must press Lefty's nose as she's walking from the left to the right. Failure to do so will result in a jumpscare, ending the night.

- Ending 2’s steps involving deleting her file from the game files is likely inspired by how you must delete Monika’s file from Doki Doki Literature Club.
- Lefty's mechanic in Chaos Mode is similar to Bonnet's mechanic in Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location's Custom Night mode; both mechanics involve clicking the character's nose as they're walking from the right to left.

Her jumpscare form brands her with sharp teeth and a large singular eye, only her two round pupils being indicative they're supposed to be separate. The claws in her hands from her bony thiny arms have torn open a hole in her gloves.

Lefty Sonic is a minor protagonist in Five Nights at Sonic's: Maniac Mania. She assists in teaching the player the controls alongside Withered Sonic and runs a shop to buy skins and office decorations from. She is voiced by YuriHaru567.
